Suyong Yi, a seasoned restaurateur hired Bobby Fitzgerald and myself to work with management and staff to create the Ogawashi brand, facilitate greater brand awareness, and help the business refine and reach its year-end goals. During the contract, Bobby and I worked with management and staff to launch Ogawashi on a path of success. We took them from soft opening, promoted a sold out Grand Opening and other events, and built an initial customer base through advantageous press coverage, external messaging and marketing(social media, SEO placement, website maintenance, and event planning/partnerships). Additionally, the work extended to improving internal communication, menu and costing, and quality assurance, leading to improved execution of the brand strategy.
