Private coaching is a 12-week commitment.
Ongoing maintenance coaching is available after the initial 12-week period.Investment ranges from $4,500–$9,000, depending on the level of in-person training, accountability, and support required.Most clients choose Private Coaching Plus, which includes weekly private training and daily accountability.Limited client capacity.
